I always follow my intuition, traversing into alternate realms of consciousness, navigating the spaces between the bustling city, to the jungle, to tropical beaches to vast expanse of our universe. I believe that we can embody both facets of our existence: The technologically advanced, digitally connected and attuned to our inner selves—grounded and sensitive.

Maintaining equilibrium is paramount, always. Urban shamanism represents a contemporary concept, to reintroduce the ancestral healing practices into our modern world. This resurgence of spiritual essence forms an integral component for holistic healing, encompassing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual realms.

To walk the shamanic path is to understand that every challenge we face, whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual, has both its roots and solutions within the realm of spirit, within the essence of the spiritual domain.

As I embarked on the journey to become a nurse, a profession deeply rooted in the art of healing, I found myself drawn to a different facet of wellness. 

While I diligently pursued my nursing education, I couldn't ignore a profound calling within me—a calling to embrace shamanic practices and the ancient art of earth healing. I realised that my true purpose extended beyond traditional medicine; it encompassed a spiritual connection to the Earth and the innate capacity to facilitate profound healing on a holistic level. This dual path of nursing and shamanic healing has allowed me to explore through my own practices, having grown up with my mother + grandmother, who were both healers.

 

 

Guidance Sessions

These guidance sessions provide a space for female entrepreneurs to intentionally explore their fears and thoughtfully examine the factors that might be holding them back, all while fostering a kind and considered approach to personal and professional growth. We work closely together to identify and overcome barriers, providing you with the tools and strategies to achieve your goals efficiently.

  • Pre-Session Prep: I want to ensure every minute of your session is meaningful. I will start by sending you a pre-session questionnaire to start by to understand your unique needs, goals, and challenges.

    One-Hour Call: Dive deep into your aspirations with a dedicated one-hour coaching call. I will guide you towards solutions and strategies.

    Post-Call Homework: I believe that continuity is key to success. You will be given access to tailored assignments—whether it's practical worksheets or tasks for you to complete.

    Follow-Up Email: After each session, you'll receive a detailed email summarising key takeaways, action points, and next steps.
