Stop Comparing Yourself (to) Others

Everyone is on their own journey, and what works for one person might not work for another. Focus on your own goals and accomplishments, and don't worry about what other people are doing. It is important to remember that everyone is on their own journey and that your progress is not linear.

There will be times when you feel like you are not making any progress, but that is okay.

Here are some tips to help you stop comparing yourself to others:

  • Be kynd to yourself and celebrate your progress, no matter how small it may seem.

  • Surround yourself with positive people who support you and believe in you.

  • Take breaks from social media and other platforms where you are likely to compare yourself to others.

  • Practice mindfulness and gratitude.
