Your Brand is Like An Ice Berg

When you see an iceberg, you only see a tiny part of it. Well, that is the same with branding, what is visible to the eye is only a tiny bit of what is actually there.

If you were to consider this analogy in terms of branding; While the visuals, such as logos, colours, and design elements (the pretty parts) may catch the eye and leave a memorable impression, they only scratch the surface of what truly defines a brand.

The real substance lies beneath, hidden from immediate view. It's in your core values, your mission, your culture, and the emotional connections in which you make with your audience. These elements, although invisible, are the driving force behind a brand's success. They shape the brand's identity, establish trust, and create a lasting impact on customers' lives.

For example, when you walk into Liberty in London, your expectations are not built on the basis of their logo but the overall experience in which you gain.

Now think about other brands in which you love - you do not love them because of their logo; you love them because of their values, the services/products in which they offer, their mission, how they communicate with you.

This yummy part is the heart of your brand. In which we will delve into as part of your brand’s strategy. This is the part in which will win the heart’s of the tribe - of course, pretty aesthetics do help, however your vibe will always attract your people.
